Reading and More, Part 1 is one of a three-book series (RM1, RM2, RM3) that focuses on methodical reading instruction (technical & meaningful reading) along with Oral language acquisition of around 120 most frequently used Hebrew words. This series follows The Migdalor Lagan series.

RM1 focuses on basic Hebrew reading instruction and includes all the Hebrew alphabet with the vowel "ah". The following vowels are taught systematically and explicitly: קמץ, פתח, חטף-פתח, שוא. The program builds a strong foundation of word recognition and word study skills so that every child learns to decode (read), understand, speak, write and spell basic and frequently-used vocabulary words. The Migdalor Program is interactive, meaningful, sensible, and enjoyable, meeting each child's needs and estimated to have long-lasting results.
